Face to face with Voldemort

ANALYSIS
- Name 5 of the main themes of the novel or play
I have now read through the book and the
end was once again a highlight for me. The fight against Voldemort / Quirrell
was rather disappointing than epic. Nevertheless, I liked the ending and I will
probably continue to follow the Harry Potter series in the future.
Some themes have been taken up in the book.
They were placed partially hidden and you had to concentrate on them to
recognize them.
Love: The love of Harry's parents was
clearly recognizable, as this could probably be the reason why he survived the
attack of Voldemort.
Friendship: The friendship between Harry,
Ron and Hermione gets stronger and stronger in the book and you can see how
they protect each other.
Death: Death is always a topic in the book and
its opposite, immortality.
Power: In the magical world there are many
things that have a certain power in them and that can be awakened with the help
of magic spells. Likewise, the evil ones are possessed by this power and want
to preserve it at any price.
Rebellion: In the book Harry often does exactly
what he is not allowed to do to protect others. So, it is shown that sometimes
the rules must be broken to prevent something bad from happening.
