EMPATHY

Meanwhile I have read the book up to chapter 12. The story continued with the Halloween events and Harry's first Quidditch game in the Gryffindor House first team.

Harry's Diary entry:

Dear diary, today I had my first official Quidditch game. We played against Slytherin and won. I made the decisive point by catching this funny little ball.

Before the game I was nervous, because I didn't know how I would play in the game. I had never played it before and was accepted directly into the team. I guess I inherited the talent from my father, as the other kids say.

During the game something was suddenly strange. My broom suddenly didn't move, and I almost fell from far above. At first, I thought I couldn't use the broom properly, after all it was a very special model, the Nimbus 2000 that Mrs McGonagall gave me. But later Ron told me that Snape had cursed the broom and Hermione could save me with a distraction. Snape... I'd just like to know what he's up to. Why is he after me? Is he a servant of Voldemort? I must be more careful in the future.
