REFLECTION

- At any point, write about how you feel while reading a section of the book. Say how what is happening makes you feel and why?

Now I have read until chapter 14 and the story continued slowly. The last two chapters were exciting, because in this chapter Dumbledore talks to Harry for the first time when he sees him in front of the Mirror of Erised. Harry saw his parents in there and became sad when he realized that this was not reality.

Harry and his friends found out that the Philosopher's Stone was made by an alchemist named Nicolas Flamel. They also found out that this stone could turn metal into gold and possibly even make someone immortal.

Later in the story, Harry happens to see Professor Quirrell threatened by Snape. This was Harry's final proof that Snape was evil and wanted to steal the Philosopher's Stone.

The last chapters contained a lot of suspense, as Harry could secretly sneak around in the night with the help of the invisibility cloak and partly only barely escape. He went into danger to learn more about the Philosopher's Stone and learned other things.
